Bet Type
My66 offers a wide range of e-sports betting markets to suit every preference — from straightforward options to more complex markets for experienced bettors.
Match Winner
The simplest type of bet — just pick which team will win the overall match. Perfect for beginners who are just getting started with e-sports betting. Available across all game titles on my66.
Map / Round Handicap
A handicap is applied to level the playing field between two mismatched teams. Example: Team A wins with a -1.5 map handicap means they must win by at least 2-0. This typically comes with more attractive odds than a standard match winner bet.
Over/Under (Total Maps/Rounds)
Bet on whether the total number of maps or rounds in a match series will go over or under a set line. Example: Over 2.5 maps means the series will run to at least 3 maps. Odds are typically close to 2.00.
In-Play Live Betting
Place bets while the match is in progress, with odds updating every few seconds. If you're watching the match live, you can use your real-time observations to make more timely and informed betting decisions.
Parlay / Accumulator
Combine multiple selections into a single bet slip. All your picks must be correct to win, but the multiplied odds significantly increase your potential payout. Example: 4 bets at odds of 2.00 gives a total return of 16x.
Props & Special Markets
Bet on specific in-game events, such as who draws first blood in MLBB, the total kill count in CS2, or which team destroys the first tower in LoL. These markets offer unique opportunities for players who follow the action closely.
Bracket Tournament
Track your favourite team's progress through the playoff bracket and plan your bets for upcoming matches.

Member Experience
"I've been following MPL Malaysia since Season 7, but only started betting on e-sports through my66 earlier this year. The difference is night and day — my66's odds are better than any other platform I've tried, and the in-play markets genuinely make watching matches so much more engaging. Last month I walked away with RM6,200 from a 3-match MPL parlay. Depositing via Touch 'n Go was quick and effortless. Well done, my66!"
Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
"I play CS2 myself and have followed professional tournaments for years. When my66 opened up CS2 markets with props like first blood and total kills per map, I was hooked immediately. For someone who truly understands the game, that kind of depth is a real edge. Within a month I had made RM8,400 from CS2 betting alone. GrabPay deposits are the fastest — under 3 minutes to clear."
Klang, Selangor
"As a Mobile Legends fan who follows every MPL match, betting on my66 makes watching so much more exciting. Every time Orange Esports plays, I put money on them. Three wins in a row this month — RM4,800 total. What I love most is that my66 always has MPL and MSC matches covered, so I never need to look elsewhere. Withdrawals via DuitNow, and the money's in my bank account within 15 minutes."
Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

E-sports in Malaysia is no longer just a hobby for a group of young people playing video games in their bedrooms — it has grown into a serious entertainment and sports industry backed by government support, corporate sponsorships, and a fanbase of millions across the country. Teams like Orange Esports, Geek Fam MY, and Team SMG have put Malaysia on the international stage, and their success has sparked a wave of new interest in e-sports betting, which is growing in popularity among Malaysians of all ages.
My66 understands this passion and has made a serious investment in building an e-sports betting platform genuinely designed for Malaysian users. This goes well beyond simply adding a few e-sports matches to a standard Sports Betting platform — my66's e-sports section features an interface purpose-built for e-sports markets, complete with team statistics, head-to-head records, tournament brackets, and match schedules updated in real time. Players who keep a close eye on both the Malaysian and international e-sports scene will find that my66 gives them everything they need to make smarter betting decisions.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang remains the most bet-on e-sports title on my66, reflecting the game's massive popularity in Malaysia. Season after season, MPL Malaysia continues to draw enormous interest, with semifinal and grand final matches consistently ranking among the highest-volume betting days on the platform. Fans who follow MPL closely and understand each team's strengths and weaknesses hold a clear advantage over bettors who rely on reputation alone.
One of the most popular features among my66 users is in-play live betting for e-sports matches. Unlike football betting where situations can shift in a single kick, e-sports titles like DOTA 2 and Mobile Legends have momentum that is generally easier to read — a team dominating the early game will usually stay ahead, though there are times when a seemingly losing side pulls off a dramatic comeback. For those watching the match live and able to read momentum well, in-play betting offers opportunities that no other betting format can match.
For new users looking to try e-sports betting for the first time, my66 recommends starting with a straightforward match winner bet at a low stake. Pick a game title you already follow and understand, read up on the recent form of the competing teams, and make your decision based on available information. As you gain experience, you can begin exploring more complex markets like handicaps and props. The most important thing is to bet based on knowledge, not emotion or blind loyalty to a single team.
The odds offered by my66 for esports betting are among the most competitive in the Malaysian market. This means the house margin is lower, so players who make the right calls stand to receive higher payouts compared to other platforms. my66 also regularly offers odds boosts on selected matches as special promotions, giving added value to loyal users who keep an eye on the platform's promotions page.
For payments, all deposits and withdrawals for e-sports betting on my66 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using payment methods familiar to Malaysians. Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay are all accepted with no hidden fees. This means you won't have to deal with currency conversion hassles or international transaction charges that are common when using overseas betting platforms that lack local payment options.
In the spirit of responsible gaming, my66 would like to remind you that esports betting, like any other form of gambling, carries real financial risk. Only bet with money you can afford to lose, avoid chasing losses by doubling down emotionally, and do not let a losing streak take away your enjoyment of watching esports. Betting should add to the excitement of watching a match, not become a source of stress. For a complete guide on how to bet responsibly, visit our Responsible Gaming ours.
